Randall Paulson Architects Adopts New Generation Project Information Management Software
Randall Paulson Architects, the award-winning architectural firm based in Roswell, recently adopted a new generation information management software.
ROSWELL, GA, December 14, 2008 /Architecture PR News/ -- Randall Paulson Architects, the award-winning architectural firm based in Roswell, recently adopted a new generation information management software platform designed to increase workflow efficiency by up to 20 percent.
The new software - Newforma Project Center - was produced by a team of engineers in Manchester, New Hampshire, said Michael B. Randall, AIA, principle at Randall Paulson Architects.
"Newforma Project Center gives each professional at Randall Paulson the ability to communicate project details and their context quickly, easily and efficiently," Randall explained. "In an average day we process as many as 500 critical project details and an error in any one of them can be extremely expensive. We can't afford to be 99 percent accurate, we have to be 100 percent all the time."
Explaining the importance of the new software Randall said "The goal in any project management platform is to make it easy for professionals to communicate essential details without overloading the system with extraneous material. Newforma Project Center makes that process as easy as a personal conversation," he added.
