Affiniti Architects Plans Lifestyle Community

Universal design takes center stage in planned luxury community of over 300 single-family homes. The community is planned to incorporate luxury amenities with a medical component offering VIP services for residents.

    BOCA RATON, FL, January 07, 2009 /Architecture PR News/ -- Affiniti Architects is planning a lifestyle community of 311 luxury single-family homes, villas and townhomes for a site in Jupiter. The community will include universally designed architectural elements for aging-in-place, such as accommodations for live-in staff within the residences. The neighborhood's public facility will feature an upscale social club as well as a medical component that will provide VIP doctors and treatments for residents. The architecture of this lifestyle community will be a blend of West Indies, Mediterranean and Bermuda to complement the surrounding neighborhoods.
