Local Architecture Firm Recognized For Workforce Development By
The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce

Crooms Employer Excellence In Workforce Development Award. This is one of eight distinct Pinnacle Business Awards presented by The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. The award for Workforce Development is presented to two local companies—one employing less than 250 employees and one with 251 or more. BJAC, pa was chosen to receive this award based on the firm's dedication to improving its workforce for the benefit of its business and employees. The award gives well-deserved recognition to practices that provide workers with opportunities to acquire or upgrade skills that may be valuable regardless of where they choose to work. The Regina M. Crooms Employer Excellence in Workforce Development Award will be presented at the annual Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Business Awards Celebration on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 from 5 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. at the Raleigh Convention Center.

- The Regina M. Crooms Employer Excellence in Workforce Development Award is determined by a panel of leaders selected by the Capital Area Workforce Development Board.
- Criteria for the award require that the company be a privately or publicly held corporation, proprietorship or partnership (not a subsidiary or division), operate in Johnston or Wake counties, be a member of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, and have at least four full years of operation.
