Hussey Seating Company Acquires Perma-Cap and Perma-Plank
North Berwick, Maine Hussey Seating has acquired Lakewood, New Jersey Avcon Perma-Cap and Perma-Plank product lines.
NORTH BERWICK, ME, September 19, 2010 /Architecture PR News/ -- Hussey Seating Company, a global leader in spectator seating, has announced the acquisition of Perma-Cap, a vinyl bleacher cover product line from Avcon (www.perma-cap.com) of Lakewood, NJ. Hussey Seating also acquired Avcon's Perma-Plank line of vinyl-covered steel bench seating.
