Architect Builds On His Legacy With Membership In Stanford Who's Who
Edwin O. Elliott has been accepted into the ranks of premier professionals with Stanford Who's Who due to his extraordinary work in the field of Architecture.
PLEASANTVILLE, NY, January 29, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Edwin O. Elliott has been accepted into the ranks of premier professionals with Stanford Who's Who due to his extraordinary work in the field of Architecture. As Owner of Elliott Architects and throughout his impressive 25 year career, Edwin has routinely performed at an exceptional level.
Elliott Architects is a one man architectural firm that offers design services for residential and commercial projects, design counseling, and feasibility studies. Edwin builds his team for a project with consultants who have worked for him in the past as well as contacts through them. The firm specializes in value design, code compliance, energy conservation, American with Disabilities Act compliance, problem solving and coordination of all consultants to maintain project scheduling.
In 1976, Edwin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Design from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. While attending the university, Elliott was elected Treasurer for the Student Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He also served as Chairman of "Slant City", a campus wide event celebrating the arts. He gained the majority of his early experience working for various architects in the Northern Westchester area.
Elliott is a Registered Architect and is Certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Pleasantville Chamber of Commerce, US Green Building Council and the National Trust of Historic Preservation.
Edwin is an avid photographer who greatly enjoys photographing his children in their sporting activities of volleyball, skiing and softball. He also takes pleasure in woodworking, home repairs, auto repair and skiing in his leisure time.
