Mr. Pettes offers custom residential design as per the client's request in both modern and traditional styles. He caters his work to become a reflection of the individual client's world. Michael creates purposeful yet understated designs which place an emphasis on proportion and symmetry. His aim is to produce smart and authentic architecture within the client's environmental and aesthetic context.
Michael views all aspects of residential architecture as an interconnection of structure, interiors and garden design. These factors are all disciplines which are linked and influence each other into a unified vision. His residential architecture has a modern spirit rooted in true principles as he constantly strives to and succeeds at creating memorable places and spaces.
During his educational career, Michael earned a Bachelor's Degree from Carleton University. He is a member of the Ontario Architect Association. In the time away from his busy schedule, Mr. Pettes enjoys traveling, curling and golfing.
