Established in 2000, Benjamin Constructions & Development Pty. Ltd. is a commercial construction company. Their team has extensive experience in all areas of the construction industry including large scale commercial and residential development, heritage restoration works, government projects and retail/commercial fit-outs.
Benjamin Construction & Development are growing at a consistent rate with a Gross Turnover of $7.5 million last quarter and expected $25million this year with a projected Turnover of 35 to 40 million by 2011 based on repeat clients and current projects under design development. They have the knowledge and ability to take on projects from an early design stage, completing detailed cost plans and redesigns including taking complete control of the design process from building approval, design, construction through to final handover.
Mr. Illes is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He has worked in many areas of the construction industry specializing in high end residential developments, commercial construction and historical restoration works. Ben is involved in all projects from tendering to handover which includes budget control, subletting, programming and site management.
Prior to the inception of Benjamin Constructions, Ben Illes was Managing Director of his family's Building and Development Company in Sydney, specializing in top end residential and commercial construction including in house design development. During his educational career, Ben earned a diploma in Building. He is a member of the Housing Industry Association.
