Russell Gilchrist, RIBA, Named Professional of the Year in Architecture

Russell Gilchrist specializes in designing high-performance sustainable buildings

    WINNETKA, IL, July 22, 2011 /Architecture PR News/ -- Russell Gilchrist, RIBA, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in architecture.

As an architect with more than three decades of professional experience, Mr. Gilchrist has successfully designed large-scale projects on four continents. He has been involved in the completion of a number of award-winning projects worldwide, including ones in Paris, London and Berlin. Throughout his career, he has cultivated his expertise in designing high-performance sustainable buildings. Today, he oversees international projects, including residential and commercial large-scale projects. His extensive business development and management experience is clearly conveyed in his work.

In recognition of his excellence in his field, Mr. Gilchrist was recently honored as a Professional of the Year in Architecture by Cambridge Who's Who. He was also selected for inclusion in Pro-Files Magazine. A licensed architect, he holds a master's degree and bachelor's degree in architecture from Oxford Brookes University, from which he graduated with honors. He maintains affiliations with the Royal Institute of British Architects, the Architects Registration Board, the American Institute of Architects and CTBUH, the Council for Tall Buildings and Urban Habitats.
